About the Brand
Zizzi is an Italian-inspired restaurant chain founded in 1999, opening its first site in Chiswick, west London. We count more than 130 restaurants across the UK and Ireland today, all operating under the Azzurri Group. The chain is headquartered in London and has built its reputation on rustic, neighbourhood-style dining with locally commissioned artwork in every branch.
When we look at the menu, the focus is on hand-stretched Rustica pizzas baked in wood-stone ovens, fresh pasta made with free-range eggs and British flour, calzone, risotto, and salads. Mains typically fall between £12 and £19, with starters around £6 to £9 and desserts at £6 to £8. There’s a dedicated Bambini kids menu, plus integrated vegan and gluten-free options rather than token afterthoughts. Diners can eat in, order Click & Collect, or use delivery partners such as Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
We regularly track the Zillionaires Club loyalty app, where spending £10 or more earns Zs that convert into free food and drinks. Members receive a welcome perk, a surprise reward after their fourth visit, and a birthday treat, plus 20% off Click & Collect. Zizzi also partners with Tastecard, Blue Light Card, Tesco Clubcard, and AA to extend discounts beyond the standard menu.
Between the loyalty points, partner card savings, and the automatic deals listed below, we see several ways to bring the bill down. Bookmark this page to catch new offers as we add them.
How to use
Shopping Guide
When is the cheapest time to eat at Zizzi?
We’ve found that January tends to bring some of the strongest offers, as restaurants push to fill tables after the Christmas rush. December sees heavy discount traffic too, but the deals are often tied to set menus. If you’re flexible, visit on Sunday to Thursday when Tastecard 2-for-1 mains and Blue Light Card 20% discounts are both valid, excluding bank holidays and Friday evenings.
How do I stack savings at Zizzi?
We’ve confirmed that you can’t combine multiple percentage discounts on a single bill, so pick the one that saves you the most. We recommend joining the Zillionaires Club first to earn Zs and unlock a welcome perk, then paying with a Tesco Clubcard voucher or using your Tastecard for 2-for-1 mains. If you’re ordering takeaway, the Zillionaires Club gives 20% off Click & Collect, which beats most delivery partner mark-ups.
Which Zizzi menu option offers the best value?
We rate the Kids 3 Course Set Menu at £8.50 as hard to beat for families, while the Two Dine for £25 deal works well for couples. For solo diners, the Pizza from Under £15 range keeps the bill reasonable. Rustica pizzas cost more but carry significantly more toppings—worth it if you’re splitting.
Are there any restrictions I should watch out for?
We should flag that the Tastecard 2-for-1 offer excludes Friday and Saturday evenings, bank holidays, and certain dishes. The Blue Light Card discount only runs Sunday to Friday. Zillionaires Club perks can’t be used on Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Click & Collect. Always read the specific terms on the offer card before you book.
Why choose Zizzi over other Italian chains?
We think Zizzi differentiates itself with locally inspired artwork, an open kitchen, and wood-stone ovens. The menu covers vegan, gluten-free, and non-gluten pasta options that are properly integrated rather than afterthoughts. Trustpilot feedback is mixed—some diners praise the Rustica pizzas, while others note inconsistent service—so booking ahead helps secure a better experience.
