Arsenal Direct Active Deals, Sales & Codes in October, 2026

Arsenal Direct is the official merchandise retailer of Arsenal Football Club, headquartered at Emirates Stadium in north London. As the sole authorised online destination for authentic Arsenal products, it serves supporters across the UK and internationally — stocking everything from replica kits and training wear to signed memorabilia and stadium tour experiences. The store operates as part of Arsenal’s wider commercial arm under Kroenke Sports & Entertainment.

The catalogue covers replica kits for men, women, and children, plus training wear, fashion pieces, and memorabilia — signed shirts start at around £300 while personalised mugs, keyrings, and wallets come in below £10. Want a name and number on the back? Shirts can be customised at checkout or brought into The Armoury or Highbury shop for in-store printing, provided they’re new or freshly laundered. Emirates Stadium tour tickets are also available, pairing the retail experience with behind-the-scenes access to the ground.

Payment options run unusually wide — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Laybuy, AliPay, UnionPay, and a range of European methods all sit alongside standard card and PayPal. UK customers get free standard delivery on orders over £100, with next-day dispatch available if the order is placed by 12:30pm. Students, NHS key workers, and Arsenal members each qualify for 10% off — a benefit we always recommend checking before paying full price, though these codes can’t be stacked with sale prices or other promotions.

Between the outlet section’s regular 50%-off markdowns, demographic discounts, and seasonal events like Black Friday, there’s rarely a reason to pay full price — and the combination of active offers listed below makes this page worth bookmarking before your next purchase.

When’s the best time to bag Arsenal Direct discounts? December is historically the strongest month — the deepest codes and largest reductions surface ahead of the festive fixtures. Black Friday in November is another standout, with up to 50% off across fashion, memorabilia, and replica kits in previous years. End-of-season sales (May to June) and the Boxing Day/January window also bring solid cuts. The store runs promotions roughly 80% of the time, so waiting isn’t essential — but these windows stretch your budget furthest.

Can I stack student or NHS discounts with sale prices? No — and this catches people out regularly. The 10% student and NHS discounts cannot be combined with other offers, including outlet markdowns. If you’re weighing a Blue Light Card code against an active sale, compare the totals before committing: 10% off full price may beat a smaller percentage off a reduced item, but during a 50%-off outlet sale the discounted price nearly always wins.

Is the free delivery threshold worth hitting? UK standard delivery costs £3.99, so if your basket sits near £100, adding a small item to clear the free-delivery threshold often costs less than the shipping fee — and you get an extra product into the bargain. Express delivery at £5.95 ships the same day if ordered before the cut-off, which matters on match weeks when you want kit in hand quickly.

What catches first-time Arsenal Direct buyers out? Two things come up repeatedly. Personalised and player-printed items take longer to dispatch — the warehouse can’t pull these off a shelf, so allow extra days beyond the standard two-to-three-day window. Online returns cannot be processed in-store at The Armoury or Highbury either; they must go through the online returns portal. The store doesn’t offer exchanges on non-faulty items, so return for a refund and place a fresh order instead.
