About the Brand
ATS Euromaster was one of the UK’s longest-running tyre and vehicle servicing businesses, with more than 50 years of trading behind it. The brand operated within the wider Euromaster network — part of the Michelin Group — and at its peak maintained over 160 DVSA-certified service centres across the country. That era is drawing to a close: the company has been winding down its UK operations, with most centres now shut. A number of sites were sold to new management and continue to trade, and customers can locate their nearest by entering a postcode on the Euromaster website.
The core offering centred on tyres from manufacturers including Michelin, Pirelli, Continental and Avon, with clearance pricing on end-of-line stock. Services ranged from MOT testing and routine servicing to wheel alignment, brake inspections, exhaust replacement, battery fitting and air conditioning recharges. A standalone MOT cost £29.99, but bundled with any Interim, Full or Major Service the price dropped to £25 — a deal worth asking about at partner centres.
Several features stood out. Students, graduates and apprentices could claim 10% off MOTs, servicing, batteries, brakes, exhausts, steering, suspension and wipers with valid ID. Klarna was available for spreading costs over instalments, and a Club membership scheme offered additional perks at the centres — though these couldn’t be stacked with online promo codes. Warranty and Masterservice agreements continue to be honoured through a dedicated claims process on the website.
The offers below reflect historical pricing and deals at partner centres. Whether you’re honouring an existing warranty or booking through a successor site, we think they’re a practical starting point for keeping costs in check.
How to use
Shopping Guide
Is it still worth booking through ATS Euromaster now the chain is closing?
The UK wind-down doesn’t leave existing customers stranded. Valid warranties and Masterservice agreements are still being honoured — you just need to complete a Warranty Claim Form and email it with supporting evidence. For ongoing work, we’d suggest entering your postcode on the Euromaster website to locate a partner centre that has taken over from a closed branch.
Should I bundle my MOT with a service?
Every time. A standalone MOT costs £29.99, but pairing it with any Interim, Full or Major Service drops the price to £25. Based on patterns we’ve seen from booking data, the average basket comes to around £161 with a saving north of £28 — and bundling is one of the easiest ways to contribute to that figure.
What’s the cheapest way to get tyres fitted?
Clearance stock is where the real value sits. End-of-line models from Michelin, Pirelli and Continental regularly appear at reduced prices, and Avon tyres start from under £85. We’d recommend waiting for a clearance event if your tyres aren’t urgently due — the discounts on those occasions tend to be the deepest available.
Can I spread a big service bill with Klarna?
Yes. Klarna was accepted at ATS Euromaster for splitting costs into instalments. A Major Service from £285, or a service bundled with unexpected brake or exhaust work, becomes far more manageable spread over a few payments. Check with your partner centre whether Klarna remains available under current management.
Do student discounts stack with other offers?
Unfortunately not. The 10% student discount covers MOTs, servicing, batteries, brakes, exhausts, steering, suspension and wipers, but it can’t be combined with Club membership benefits or online voucher codes. We’d recommend comparing which option gives you the best price before each booking — sometimes a promo code beats the student rate, sometimes it doesn’t.
